abstract  void Preferences.addNodeChangeListener(NodeChangeListener ncl)
          Registers the specified listener to receive node change events for this node.
 void AbstractPreferences.removeNodeChangeListener(NodeChangeListener ncl)
abstract  void Preferences.removeNodeChangeListener(NodeChangeListener ncl)
          Removes the specified NodeChangeListener, so it no longer receives change events.
